Dustin was great, I brought in my HP laptop that stopped booting one day, he was able to get it done over the weekend and got me back up and running on Monday. He explained everything he had to do, was transparent with his work, and had a great price. He was a fraction of all the other places I called, and could get it in the same day I called.
