First rate operation. Dustin is an ace technician who restored my eight year old Dell laptop to working like new again and updated to Windows 11 - all in a timely manner. Also provided me with a loaner laptop for business tasks which was another major help. Compared with the cost of a new computer, the savings were significant in addition to eliminating the hassle of setting up a new device, passwords etc. I couldn't be more pleased!
