Dustin was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything prior to working on my daughters phone. I thought the cost was extremely reasonable and will definitely be using him again! I bought a brand new iPhone and dropped it before I got the screen protector and case and I just wanted to cry, went to AT&T and Walmart and neither could help me get the phone working again or recover my data. I highly recommend. PTR replaced the front & back shattered glass screens on my iPhone XS Max. Then a week later, when I dropped my phone, (my own mistake, before getting a proper case) I shattered the OLED screen.
