I went there with my Motorola today thinking nobody could or would help me. I tried everything to get it turned on and almost lost hope. He gave me an option for fixing it after he tried a bunch of things himself. I left there happy he was willing to try. He called me while I was on my way home saying he got it running. Apparently it must have been getting to him too so he tried other things after I left and it worked. He could have easily waited until the part came in and went that route but obviously he cares about helping people and like me can't rest until it's fixed even if it costs you your unpaid time and attention. He is extremely nice and accommodating not to mention reasonable!!!! Would strongly recommend him to anyone for sure! Thanks again for your help!!!

Needed a screen replacement on a cracked iPhone 11. Dustin was responsive on FB chat and had all the necessary pieces in stock at his shop to do the repair same day. The place was easy to find and had ample parking. I stayed and chatted while he swapped out my screen and it was even faster than I planned! Quick & reliable. Got an appointment the next available day and was fixed a day later. Even responded to a late text message asking to pick the iPad up early in the morning the next day due to needing to travel and was able to easily accommodate! Dustin is very knowledgeable and has great customer service! I called in the morning looking to get my sons screen replaced on his iPhone 11 Pro. Very impressive service. I booked online yesterday for today, and the tech arrived right on time. He allowed me to demonstrate my issue before he proposed a logical solution that he was quick to perform in his van in under 20 minutes from the time he arrived. My phone was fixed at a surprisingly low cost in no time without leaving the house. You can’t ask for better service.

I bought a brand new iPhone and dropped it before I got the screen protector and case and I just wanted to cry, went to AT&T and Walmart and neither could help me get the phone working again or recover my data.
