Tech In Trouble

I went there with my Motorola today thinking nobody could or would help me. I tried everything to get it turned on and almost lost hope. He gave me an option for fixing it after he tried a bunch of things himself. I left there happy he was willing to try. He called me while I was on my way home saying he got it running. Apparently it must have been getting to him too so he tried other things after I left and it worked. He could have easily waited until the part came in and went that route but obviously he cares about helping people and like me can't rest until it's fixed even if it costs you your unpaid time and attention. He is extremely nice and accommodating not to mention reasonable!!!! Would strongly recommend him to anyone for sure! Thanks again for your help!!!

I knew it needed a bit of persuasion but thankfully we got the home button function working again without having to disassemble the phone any further! After testing it out for a bit, I was confident that we got it working 100% again! Thanks for the support!
